Terms of Service

These terms explain what RankMeUp provides, what the service does not do, and who controls server-specific use of the bot and public leaderboard pages.

Server-based operation

The service only works inside Discord communities where the bot has been intentionally installed.

Feature scope

RankMeUp may provide leveling, XP tracking, role rewards, public leaderboard pages, and related dashboard features.

No chat logs

We do not log or save message contents, conversation histories, or transcript-style chat archives.

No voice logging

We do not record, log, or save voice conversations, voice streams, or spoken content from Discord voice channels.

Important: Avatars, usernames, profile images, and other Discord profile elements remain the property of their respective users and the Discord platform ecosystem. RankMeUp is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord.

Need your name removed? If you want your name removed from a server leaderboard or related public page, contact the server owner who added the bot to that Discord server. That server owner controls whether RankMeUp remains installed and which leaderboard settings are active for that community.

By using RankMeUp, or by allowing the bot to operate in a Discord server, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Terms of Service

RankMeUp is a Discord leveling and public leaderboard service.

We do not store chat logs or voice recordings.

Discord profile assets remain tied to their original owners and platform context.

Server owners control whether the bot is present and how the service is configured.

Using the service means accepting these terms and the privacy policy.
